"Lawmakers should address our state’s fiscal challenges in a balanced way rather than the cuts-only approach offered by Secretary Zogby. This is the fourth straight year that state leaders have made cuts to core services, and it's not working.

HARRISBURG, PA (December 15, 2011) — Pennsylvanians pay sales tax when they buy cars, trucks and other vehicles, but those in the market for a Learjet or a Gulfstream aircraft will get a tax break under a bill introduced in the state House of Representatives.
