I. Use of Email Address and Name

PBPC collects your name and email address when you register to recieve email updates and alerts from PBPC via email. PBPC uses this information to send you email. PBPC will not provide your name or email address to any thrid party for any reason without your express permission.

By signing up to recieve email, you also agree to receive email from PBPC on administrative matters related to your use of this web site such as security alerts or notices of changes in this privacy policy. It is anticipated that administrative communications will be limited.

All email communications from PBPC contain an unsubscribe link which will allow you instantly unsubscribe from PBPC's email list.

II. Use of Demographic Information

The Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center sometimes solicits and collects limited demographic information from visitors on a voluntary basis including their zip code, city of residence, county of residence in Pennsylvania, and area code. PBPC also asks visitors to provide certain self-identifications including what general public policy issues are of concern to them and a description of their occupational identity.

The demographic information collected on this site will be used by PBPC in aggregate form for internal planning purposes and for reporting to KRC administrators, members and funders about this web site.
