Price of Service Cuts

2012 marks the fifth straight year of cuts to state services, and Pennsylvanians are paying the price. Our children are being taught in more crowded classrooms, college students are paying higher tuition, and more women and children are being denied health care.The Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center has launched this new series to tell the stories of the impact of five years of state service cuts on the citizens of Pennsylvania.
