Philadelphia Bar Association Program on Impact of State Budget on Vulnerable Persons

The Delivery of Legal Services Committee and Public Interest Section will present “Impact of the State Budget on Vulnerable Persons: Lessons Learned for the Budgets Ahead" on Tuesday, May 4.

Speakers for the program include Michael Wood, research director for Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center and Anthony L. Crisci of Crisci Associates. The program will be moderated by Catherine Carr, executive director of Community Legal Services. The program will also feature a discussion with public interest advocates about the impact of the state budget on health care, prisons, education, and services for those with low incomes and people with disabilities.

The program begins at 12 p.m. in the 11th floor Conference Center of Bar Association headquarters, 1101 Market St. Lunch is available for $8 for those members who register in advance. Click here to RSVP.
