PBPC Director Sharon Ward to Participate in Marcellus Shale Event

PBPC Director Sharon Ward will participate in an informational meeting on Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling on Tuesday January 19. The event, hosted by state Rep. Greg Vitali of Delaware County, will focus on the impact of drilling on water quality, the leasing of additional state forest land for drilling, and the imposition of a natural gas severance tax. There will be a question-and-answer session.
