Montco Press Conference: Lawmaker, Norristown Superintendent, People Impacted by Budget Cuts to Call for Responsible Drilling Tax

The Better Choices for Pennsylvania Coalition will host a press conference on the Montgomery County Courthouse Steps at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 17 with a state Senator, the Superintendent of Norristown schools, faith leaders and people impacted by state budget cuts. Speakers will highlight the impact of recent state budget cuts and call on the Pennsylvania Legislature to enact a responsible tax on natural gas drilling in the Marcellus Shale.
